1. Dispatch Cut-Off Time
- • Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same working day
- • Working days are Monday to Friday only
- • Orders placed after 2:30pm, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day
