Delivery

Duel Autocare are committed to a premium dispatch and delivery service, if we receive a completed and paid order before 2.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays etc) will have it with the courier the same day and delivered the next working day. Working days are Monday - Friday. We aim to deliver and process within these timescales, but occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, this may change. We will always contact customers should we envisage there to be a delay to their order.

NEXT DAY SERVICE

All orders that are received before 2:30pm, will be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Parcel Force subject to security checks and payment clearances.

Duel Autocare have systems in place to ensure you are fully aware of where your order is within the system, and you will be notified electronically at each phase.

The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process.

Import duty charges may apply to any non-UK country's orders; any charges are calculated and issued by the shipping carrier.
